Accessing GRIP for the first time

1. Navigate to the GRIP login page.

2. Enter your credentials - email address and password.

3. Accept terms and conditions if prompted (first login only).

4. Wait for the map to load.

First-Time Setup

After your first login, we recommend the following:

Update your password if using a temporary one

You will be prompted to update your temporary password as part of your first login.

Set your preferred coordinate system (bottom-right of map)

Set your preferred start location for each time you open GRIP

Open the settings panel by clicking on the settings icon

Choose either:

Default location to set the map to open at a location of your choice each time you open the app, if you choose this option, centre the map in your desired opening location and then click

Last Location to set GRIP to open in your last location each time you open the app

Click - next time you open GRIP it will open in your preferred Start Location.

Set your Start Layer settings for each time you open GRIP

Open the settings panel by clicking on the settings icon

Choose either:

Default layers to set GRIP to open with just the parcels layer on and all other layers turned off.

Last Used to set GRIP to remember the layers you had open at the end of your last session

Click - next time you open GRIP it will open with your preferred Layers on/off

Setup company data settings (admin users only)

Click

2. Click Company Data tab
