1 How GRIP invoices you
Invoices come by email from accounts@grip.co.nz, monthly or once a year as your subscription is set up — see Subscriptions and Billing. Every invoice email carries a Review and pay button. It opens the invoice online, where you can pay it, and set up an automatic payment for the invoices to come.

2 Set up an automatic payment
- Open a recent invoice email and click Review and pay.
- Choose to pay by card or by direct debit, and enter the details when asked.
- Choose to set up an automatic payment — Auto pay — for the invoices to come.

3 Change your card or bank details
- Open a recent invoice email and click Review and pay.
- Click Manage Auto pay at the top right of the invoice.
- Click Update card details and enter the new card or account.

4 Stop automatic payments
- Open a recent invoice email and click Review and pay.
- Click Manage Auto pay, then Cancel Auto pay.
5 Quick answers
I cannot find an invoice email.
Search your mail for accounts@grip.co.nz, and check junk and spam. If there is nothing, email accounts@grip.co.nz and we send the latest invoice again.
The invoices go to the wrong person.
They go to the billing email on your account. Email accounts@grip.co.nz with the address they should go to.
A payment failed, or the card has expired.
Update the card as in section 3. The invoice stays due until it is paid, so pay it from Review and pay once the new card is in.
Can I pay one invoice without setting up Auto pay?
Yes. Review and pay lets you pay that invoice on its own.
How the subscription, its renewal and its payment terms work is in Subscriptions and Billing. Who to email about what is in Your GRIP account.
